Psychologist Carol Surya, author of ParentMagic, says that the benefits of regular yoga lead to better mental, physical and intellectual health. These gains are not only apparent in adults, but in children too. Interestingly some 370 schools in England have introduced mindfulness as a regular subject. These schoolteachers believe it will to improve mental health and wellbeing in the youth.
